Happy 80th Birthday Percy Starr

Percy, recipient of Order of Canada, was for many years the Manager for the Klemtu Band Council at Klemtu. He retired on March 31, 2011 at age 80! Percy is among other talents, a brilliant orator - wonderful to listen too.
